Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges!

However, we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us with the subject line "Exchange Request"

  2. Include your Name, Order Number, and Phone Number

  3. Let us know the reason for the exchange

  4. Tell us which item you’re returning and what you’d like instead

Once we receive your email, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.

Returns

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note: Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

Return Tax & Import Duty Policy


Please note:
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are charged by the destination country’s customs authorities.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

  • We do not control, calculate, or collect these charges.

  • The customer is responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, handling fees, or customs charges required by their country before delivery can be completed.

  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
